In my current role, I support the strategic development and operational integration of Canadian Tire's annual customer promotional plans. I am responsible for creating strategy documents and presentations for senior leadership and driving innovative marketing activities by working closely with cross-functional teams.

In this position, I managed hundreds of campaigns and upwards of $25M of ad spend. I’ve led the end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns while personally owning the relationship with our creative agencies and working with multiple partners. Senior Growth Marketing Specialist
During my time as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, I worked on both Taplytics and their child company, DevCycle where I managed the relationships between our SEO and SEM agencies to determine our paid marketing strategy, guide copy, and keywords while building out tailored landing pages for the ads. During my time as a Growth Marketing Specialist I was responsible for optimizing the Taplytics site for SEO. I completed keyword research to determine what keywords we should aim to rank for based on search volume and what was relevant to our brand. From there I wrote blog posts with schemas included, built out landing pages, and leveraged Ahrefs to optimize site performance. Since making the optimizations the Taplytics site saw a 250% increase in organic search traffic.

Demand Generation Associate
At Taplytics I worked on an ABM strategy using Sonar to identify prospects within our ICP who were about to renew with various competitors. I then used MightySignal to scrape contact information, and loaded these lead records into Salesforce and assigned them to the correct sales rep based on persona (ie. our more technical reps were assigned IT contacts, and our BDRs were assigned marketing managers).

Digital Commerce Analyst
Within my role, I analyze sales data from Tableau and Adobe Analytics to send weekly reports to the marketing team in order to track the success of marketing efforts. I am also responsible for developing an ad tracking calendar for each of CIBC’s key portfolios using Excel and JIRA to clearly capture all the ad campaigns running throughout the year. In addition, I created a competitor analysis on student banking offerings for CIBC and their competitors in order to provide insight on how CIBC can increase their student client base.
